The Jets’ worst fears were confirmed.

Alijah Vera-Tucker tore his triceps and will need season-ending surgery , head coach Aaron Glenn said before practice on Thursday.

Glenn said it will be roughly a seven-month rehab.

“It is what it is,” Glenn said. “Been through this here. He was a big player for us. We gotta keep rolling.”

Glenn said he has not yet decided how he will reshuffle the offensive line.
