Jack Osbourne is reflecting on the moment he was told that his father, Ozzy Osbourne, had died.

Jack recalled being awakened around 3:45 a.m. by a pounding on his Los Angeles doorstep, he said in a YouTube video posted Sept. 3. Outside stood a longtime employee of the Osbourne family.

“When I looked through the window and saw it was him, I knew something bad had happened,” Jack, 39, said. “And I was informed my father had passed.”

As the news sank in, he remembered feeling a range of emotions, including intense sadness, pain, frustration and anger.
