Vernal Police Department is asking for the public’s help in the case of a missing/runaway juvenile. Kaiden Manning is 14-years-old and 5 foot 3 inches tall. He has a slim build, black hair, and brown eyes. Kaiden was last seen on September 3rd at approximately 5:00pm. He was wearing a black hoodie, white t-shirt, dark gray pants, and black shoes. While Kaiden is wearing glasses in one of the photos shared by police, he was not wearing his eyeglasses at the time he was last seen.
