LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – Writer/director Rebekah Crabtree is the first to tell what a wonderful experience filming “The Kingdom of Rexmonte” was in Lewisburg.
Having spent a lot of time growing up in Greenbrier County, Crabtree explained that it had become like a second home. She went on to say that with a movie that needed mountains, creeks, caves and beautiful nature, it was a no-brainer as one of their primary filming locations.
In an interview, Crabtree said that the people of Greenbrier County really made the call for extras for the movie a huge success. She went on to say they were extremely grateful for such a large number of excited members of the community wanting to be part of their creation.
