Board of Corrections attorney says he can’t represent panel in attorney general’s lawsuit

The in-house attorney for the Arkansas Board of Corrections said he cannot ethically represent the panel in an ongoing, contentious lawsuit with the state's attorney general because of potential conflicts of interest and resource issues.
