It’s a big one this weekend, as the Michigan Wolverines head to Norman to face the Oklahoma Sooners in a Top-25 matchup. Bryce Underwood will make his first career start on the road, with this one being in front of a raucous SEC crowd at night.

On the other side is transfer quarterback John Mateer. A redshirt junior, Mateer followed his offensive coordinator Ben Arbuckle to Oklahoma from Washington State. Last season, the tandem led the Cougars to an 8-5 record and an impressive win over rival Washington.

Now, they hope to bring that magic with them to Norman, where the two want to revolutionize the Sooner offense. Week 1 was a heck of a start, as Mateer threw for almost 400 yards and scored three touchdowns against Illinois State.
