FOXBOROUGH – This is a big season for Drake Maye .

The Patriots quarterback comes into Year 2 looking to take the next step in his development. After a solid rookie season, where he was the youngest starting quarterback in the NFL, the hope is that Maye will turn into a top 10 player at his position.

This Sunday, against Las Vegas, also marks the first time Maye will be in Josh McDaniels ’ system. Heading into this Week 1 matchup, the Patriots’ offensive coordinator was asked about his expectations for Maye in 2025.
