SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - The Better Business Bureau is urging consumers in southwest Missouri to exercise caution when dealing with Reflections Bath & Spa, Inc., formerly known as Bath Planet Missouri, a Springfield-based bathroom remodeling contractor.
