STOW — It's a rare Thursday night football game to open Week 3 of OHSAA high school football in Greater Akron.
Stow (1-1) hosts Cleveland John F. Kennedy (0-2) after the Bulldogs picked up their first win of the season Aug. 29 at Barberton 49-14. The Bulldogs will look for their first home victory of the season. JFK has struggled in its first two games, coming off a 70-0 loss at Warrensville Heights.
