Stratford baseball teams won four provincial medals during the last weekend of the season.

The 13U and 14U Nationals won gold, while the 11U and 12U Nats took silver.

“It felt pretty awesome,” 13U assistant coach Dan Patterson said. “I think the result and their reactions jumping on the field when it was said and done did it all for me.”

Winning the Ontario Baseball Association ‘B’ title capped what had been, at times, a challenging season. Stratford finished last in its division while playing against ‘AA’ and ‘AAA’ teams in the regular season, but the coaching staff never wavered in its belief.
