MARLIN, Texas (KXXV) — The Marlin Library, a longtime community hub, is once again facing the threat of closure due to low funding and is calling on local support to help keep its doors open.
The Marlin Library is at risk of closing due to low funding, with only about one to two years of financial stability left.
Library Director Sara Payne is seeking support through endowments, government funding, and community donations to keep the library running.
