Homicide detectives probe deadly shooting in West Baltimore

Baltimore, MD – Police have launched a homicide investigation after a 25-year-old man was found fatally shot inside a home in West Baltimore late Wednesday night.

At about 10:13 p.m. on September 3, Western District patrol officers responded to a residence in the 900 block of Edmondson Avenue following reports of a shooting. When they arrived, officers discovered Davion Hodges suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Medics were called to the scene but pronounced Hodges dead inside the home.
