MONROE, La. (KNOE) - As flu season ramps up, many residents are turning to supplements in hopes of boosting their immune systems.
From vitamin C to elderberry, immune-support products are flying off shelves—but health data shows they’re no cure for the flu.
Board-certified health practitioner Tim Mitt says while supplements can’t replace vaccines or medical treatment, they can help the body defend itself more effectively.
