BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - New documents obtained by the WAFB I-TEAM show Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Hunter Greene’s billing of his condo stays to taxpayers stretches back further than first reported .

The stays go back to the year 2018, new documents show.

The reimbursement requests were submitted to the courts that he worked for under the name of an LLC. The WAFB I-TEAM uncovered that Judge Greene owns that LLC.

In July we showed you watchdogs questioned his expenses to stay at a condo he owns calling this self-enrichment. While the judge is not accused of doing anything illegal, one watchdog believes what Greene is doing does not pass the smell test.

Rental listings in Florida indicate the condo he owns at Silver Shells in Destin is not rented out to the public.
