The day is finally here. On Friday night, 40 programs across Section 2 are kicking off their 2025 football season as Week 1 gets underway, with even more games to follow on Saturday.

All that work done in the shadows of the offseason will be made visible. Student sections that had been dormant for the past nine months will start to show signs of life. The light towers that reach toward the heavens will glow again, shining on new batches of heroes and old-time rivalries alike.
