UTEP Athletics has partnered with The Jank to create an officially licensed Miner Magic Gourmet BBQ Sauce.

Revealed by Lamar Jones, founder of The Jank Gourmet BBQ Sauce, and UTEP officials Wednesday, the Hatch chile jalapeño barbecue sauce will be sold at the UTEP Bookstore and online.

It is the second branded consumable product from UTEP Athletics, following the Miner Brew from DeadBeach Brewery. The sauce is described as having a bold and tangy flavor with a little kick, capturing the spirit of the Southwest
