Additional parts of Brisbane's Victoria Park have been heritage listed, although the state's heritage council says it won't impact plans to build an Olympic and Paralympic stadium on the inner city site.

In a statement, the Queensland Heritage Council (QHC) said development must honour the "cultural and historical significance" of the park, which will host a 63,000-seat venue for the 2032 Games.

QHC said the land, known as 'York's Hollow', contains a significant First Nations campsite and has had colonial-era uses, including as a rifle range.
