Emergency crews say person found at bottom of Springfield apartment complex swimming pool has died

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - Emergency crews say a person found at the bottom of an apartment complex pool in Springfield has died.

Crews rushed to the South Winds Apartments around 3 p.m. on Thursday. The apartment is located near South Avenue and Grand.

First responders performed CPR on the person before rushing him to the hospital. Police are working to figure out what led up to the incident.
