Paranormal investigator Daniel Rivera died of a heart attack when he was traveling with the haunted Annabelle doll for the “Devils On the Run” tour in Gettysburg on July 13, authorities said Thursday.

Rivera’s death was ruled natural, according to the Adams County coroner’s office.

The coroner said Rivera, 54, of Bridgeport, Connecticut, had a history of cardiac problems.

Rivera was found dead at a Gettysburg hotel after the last day of the event hosted by the Ghostly Images of Gettysburg Walking Tours.

He was mentored by famous paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren, whose artifacts, including the Raggedy Ann doll called Annabelle, were being displayed on the tour.
