GLASGOW, Ky. (WBKO) - On Aug. 23, in Cave City, 76-year-old Roy Spiker was arrested for flipping vehicles with a skid steer at Treasure Trove park.
Today, Spiker made his first court appearance via Zoom. He is charged with three counts of criminal mischief and eight counts of Wanton endangerment.
