SPOKANE, Wash. -- A wanted fugitive out of Idaho has been arrested in Spokane.
According to the Spokane Police Department, 29-year-old Colton Hite was wanted for parole violations out of Idaho. He was also wanted for multiple counts of unlawful imprisonment, reckless endangerment and attempting to elude a police officer out of Liberty Lake.
On September 3, detectives learned that Hite was possibly staying at a residence on West Maxwell Avenue and was possibly armed. SPD said Hite had also made comments about not wanting to go back to prison.
Hite was seen at the residence around 6:30 on Wednesday. Officers surrounded the home and Hite was taken into custody without issue.
Hite was arrested and booked into Spokane County Jail for the outstanding warrant from Idaho as well as the charges
