Opportunities for antlerless deer hunters continue to unfold. The state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources announced Wednesday the sale of Deer Management Assistance Program permits in state parks and forests.

The agency is participating in the Pennsylvania Game Commission’s DMAP program by offering 28,607 permits statewide in 27 state parks and 18 state forests to “manage wildlife and promote healthy forests and disease prevention,” as stated in its press release. ×
