Take a walk over to Stankowski Field on Thursday, two days out from War. The field was once named Rollins Field, and it was where the first on-campus Missouri football and Kansas game was played in 1911. There’s a plaque that memorializes Alan Stankowski, the former intramural director at MU, after whom the field is now named, on the north end.
