Ronan Keating has revealed that Boyzone are planning to reunite in 2026 following the success of their documentary. During an appearance on BBC Radio 2's Scott Mills Breakfast Show on Friday, the Irish singer revealed that "2026 will be a great year" for him and his bandmates Keith Duffy, Mikey Graham and Shane Lynch as they're planning to reunite for live shows. Ronan explained that the response to their three-part documentary series, Boyzone: No Matter What, which was released earlier this year, prompted their discussions about a comeback. "The reaction was unbelievable, so we've obviously been talking about our story for the last 30 years, and we felt like that was kind of it, that maybe that was the end of the story. And well, we've all been chatting over the last few weeks, and I think 2026 might be a year for Boyzone to maybe try and do something," he shared. "After the documentary, the reaction was crazy, it was unbelievable, honestly, even people that weren't fans of Boyzone were contacting me saying, 'I had no idea.'" To coincide with Ronan's announcement, the Picture of You band's Instagram page updated with several new posts and a teaser, "The journey continues..." Fans were encouraged to sign up for a mailing list on See Tickets to snag first access to tickets for the shows, although details about the tour have yet to be released. The news comes several years after the band released their seventh and supposedly final album titled Thank You & Goodnight in 2018, and embarked on what seemed to be a farewell tour of the same name that year and the following year. Boyzone was formed by talent manager Louis Walsh in 1993, with Stephen Gately also part of the original line-up. Stephen tragically died of a congenital heart defect in 2009.
