A Silver Alert was issued Thursday to help West Covina police locate a missing 75-year-old woman.

Yuying Zhang was last seen at about 7 p.m. Thursday in the area of South Glendora Avenue and Lakes Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol. She was believed to have been on foot.

Zhang is Asian, 5 feet 1 inch tall, 140 pounds, with white hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue and white shirt and pink shorts.

Anyone who sees her is urged to call 911.
