A man has traded his bungalow for a luxurious Cornish coastal property worth a whopping £3 million after winning the latest Omaze draw.

Retired physics teacher Jon Dexter, 66, is now the proud owner of a stunning four-bedroom home overlooking the golden sands of Porthcothan Bay, which he described as a "quantum leap in good fortune".
