Judge denies Tontitown appeal of landfill expansion permitting process

FAYETTEVILLE -- A judge ruled Friday that the Arkansas Pollution and Control and Ecology Commission did not act arbitrarily or capriciously when it denied an appeal from the city of Tontitown over the permitting process for expansion of the Eco-Vista Landfill.
