WASHINGTON — Two 17-year-old boys were arrested Friday morning for shooting and killing congressional intern Eric Tarpinian-Jachym , U.S. Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro announced.
Jalen Lucas and Kelvin Thomas Jr., both 17, are being charged as adults with first-degree murder while armed. Pirro said both teens have prior violent crimes on their records. There is a third teenage suspect, Pirro said, that has not yet been arrested. Lucas is from Northwest D.C. and Thomas is from Southeast D.C.
