A TBI Silver Alert has been issued for 89-year-old Jean Powell, who has been missing from Paris, TN, since Saturday, August 30.

Jean is 5'4" tall, 145 lbs., with blue eyes and gray hair. She may be traveling in a 2009 black Nissan Versa with TN tag PD72378 , TBI says.

She has a medical condition that may impair her ability to return safely without assistance.
