The Issue: Health Secretary Robert Kennedy’s hearing before the Senate Finance Committee.
One couldn’t help but be embarrassed by the current administration watching Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. testify before the Senate ( “Quacking under pressure,” Sept. 5).
He was clearly in over his head as senators from both sides exposed him as a dangerous spreader of disinformation. It quickly became obvious that he doesn’t do his homework, he’s not in command of the facts and his subjective opinions are based largely on a whim rather than scientific proof.
