WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) -- Federal grand juries in Wichita have returned indictments against four Wichita men in separate, unrelated criminal cases.

The U.S. Attorney's Office announced an indictment against Vincente Rodriguez, 45, of Wichita, on one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The case is currently under investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration.

John J. Hicks Jr, 38, of Wichita, was indicted on one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, one count of possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, and one count of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a prohibited person. The case is under investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
