NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - It's been quite the spectacular week so why wouldn't your Fri-YAY evening cooperate too?

Temperatures will be getting down into the low 80s and even upper 70s in some spots as the humidity levels begin to rise up to the "very humid feels" ahead of Saturday.

Something else that will be on the rise are the wind gusts especially around 9:30 p.m. when Slidell will see 17-mph wind gusts along with Ponchatoula at 19-mph.

Rain chances will be barely there heading into Friday evening and overnight...

Some spots will have the chance to see a sprinkle at best between 4-6 p.m., then clouds will come rolling through our entire area around 11 p.m. and stay with us for part of Saturday morning.
