Joe Cole has revealed that he would love to try his hand at management as long as he had control.
The Chelsea icon was asked about the prospects of following former teammates Frank Lampard and John Terry into management in an exclusive interview on talkSPORT.
Unlike many of the ex-players he's worked with, Cole went into punditry and has become a key part of the TNT Sports team.
While he has watched Lampard and co go on into management, Cole has enjoyed analysing football instead.
But that could be all about to change.
Speaking on Drive, he was asked about becoming a head coach, and said: "Yeah, absolutely. I'm coaching a little bit. I was at Brentford last year with the young lads, just keeping my eye in and coaching.
