FAIRBURY, Neb. (KOLN) - A Fairbury man accused in a child sexual assault investigation was sentenced on Thursday.
Brandon Myers, 42, pled no contest to committing child abuse intentionally resulting in no injury and third-degree sexual assault and was sentenced to four years in prison with 112 days credit served. He will have to be a registered sex offender for 15 years.
Prosecutors dropped a single count of third-degree sexual assault in exchange for the plea deal.
Brandon and his wife, Bobbi Myers, were arrested in May 2024 by the Nebraska State Patrol following a child sexual assault investigation.
