LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — Most of the individuals arrested during a June protest in Las Vegas will not be prosecuted, city officials said Friday.

More than 90 people were arrested during an anti-ICE protest in downtown Las Vegas on June 11 during what police called an “unlawful demonstration” on Las Vegas Boulevard.

“After a thorough review of cases stemming from recent protest-related arrests, the Las Vegas City Attorney’s Office has determined that no additional prosecutions will be pursued,” city officials said.
