WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An Arrowhead High School student will be back on the football field.
A judge says Tristen Seidel can play while a dispute with the WIAA moves forward.
Seidl's family moved to the Arrowhead School District after losing their home.
The WIAA said he was not eligible to play varsity sports this year and Seidl's parents are fighting the decision in court.
The court case will proceed but Seidl can play in Arrowhead's game vs. Waukesha West Friday night, Sept. 5.
