ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Before the Michigan football team took off for Oklahoma on Friday, one of the biggest injury questions had to do with Rod Moore.

Namely: Will the former all-Big Ten safety finally suit up and play?

Moore is still working to return from a separate procedures to repair a torn ACL and meniscus in his left knee, sustained in March 2024, injuries that left him sidelined all of last season. He finally got the all-clear to return in the spring, and has slowly been working his way back.

“Rod is, I’d say, questionable,” Michigan coach Sherrone Moore said on Monday. “Possible. We’ll see how he feels.”
