Alberta’s information and privacy commissioner has opened reviews into the province’s responses to three access to information requests by Postmedia, where it refused to provide early results of the Alberta Next online survey.
Postmedia filed three requests in June under the Access to Information Act (ATIA) seeking the results of individual multiple-choice surveys sent to the public on immigration and a potential Alberta pension plan, as well as responses to a final open-answer survey question seeking feedback.
