KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — Over 70 celebrities are in Kingsport this week for the Smoky Mountain Fan Fest.

Friday kicked off day one of the three-day convention. C.J. Ferguson, assistant media manager and volunteer coordinator, said celebrities range from Ming Chen to Drake Bell.

"I mean, we've got so many, it's really even hard to think of just one specific to be able to name," he said.

Ferguson said the pop-culture event is an "epic reunion gathering."

"We've got custom dragon heads that are set to be mounted on walls," he said. "We have pop culture, things like Funkos and Q-Figs. We've got artists that do amazing artwork. And then, along with that, I mean, just the amount of talent and skill just from the artist section alone is mind-blowing. But the vendors to have brought it brough
