CINCINNATI (WXIX) - For the second day in a row, Ohio’s top court is being asked to order the release of records charging a victim of Cincinnati’s ‘violent attack.“

This time, the city of Cincinnati and City Solicitor Emily Woerner are being sued.

Greater Cincinnati resident Eugene J. Utz is calling for the misdemeanor case against Alexander Tchervinski to be made available to the public.

Cincinnati police charged Tchervinski with disorderly conduct more than three weeks after the July 26 melee at Fourth and Elm streets Downtown.

He was one of at least three people seriously hurt.

Not a single record, however, has been released by Cincinnati police, the city prosecutor’s office, or Hamilton County Clerk of Courts since the case was filed nearly three weeks ago, on Tuesday, Aug. 19.
