The Kentucky Aviation Commissioner was in town Thursday to talk with Somerset-Pulaski Economic Development Authority board members, giving them a run-down on how the aviation system works for small airports like the Lake Cumberland Regional Airport.

Commissioner Mark Carter has been in his position for four years, being appointed to that position due to his love of aviation.
