The Whitecaps haven’t played since Aug. 23. They don’t play again until Sept. 13, a span of three weeks. That’s partly because of the on-going international break, also because of the game they were supposed to play in Orlando on Aug. 30 being moved to October.

It made good sense for Müller to get back home.

From here on now, it’s a race to the finish.
