Oklahoma City leaders and advocates say they've heard nothing from Gov. Kevin Stitt after he ordered the state highway patrol to crack down on homeless encampments in Tulsa .
The governor said troopers in Tulsa have started issuing warnings to people who are homeless, while ODOT workers began posting notices at encampments on state property ordering people to leave where they live. Stitt also said he directed troopers to transport unhoused people living in these encampments to either jail, treatment or housing.
