The Washington State Patrol announced that all closed lanes on State Route 27 have been reopened.

As a result of the crash, State Route 27 has been closed in Spokane Valley. Traffic is being diverted onto eastbound Interstate 90, via the Evergreen interchange.
Washington State Patrol (WSP) Trooper Heather Axtman reported that the crash involved 4 cars, and occurred at 2:56 p.m. The incident was caused by a driver traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of SR-27, according to Axtman, and the driver has been arrested on a DUI charge.
One other person involved was transported to the hospital, however the extent of their injuries has not been shared.
WSP will continue to investigate the incident. C
