WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The cause of a house fire on Ember Lane in Winston-Salem last week that displaced four people has been released.

According to the Winston-Salem Fire Department, the blaze started unintentionally, as combustible materials were located too close to a heat source.

No other information about the fire has been released at this time.
