GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The family of a teen killed in a tragic accident at Frankie’s Fun Park in December has filed a lawsuit against Greenville County EMS.

Kamel Seveion Sewell, 17, was killed while operating a go-cart after it collided with an industrial forklift on Dec. 27.

Governmental Affairs Coordinator Bob Mihalic later said that Greenville County EMS was made aware of potential policy violations committed by staff in relation to the incident. An internal investigation resulted in the immediate termination of four staff members.
