FAYETTE COUNTY, Pa. —

The biological mother of two children found in deplorable conditions in a Fayette County home is seeking justice after the abuse they suffered.

Rachel Silbaugh, the mother of two of the five children who were locked in a room police described as a dungeon, tells Pittsburgh's Action News 4 she is heartbroken. Advertisement

Silbaugh said she wants to speak up for all the children who were removed from the Redstone Township home.

On Aug. 8, police found the children living in deplorable conditions in a house on Willis Avenue.

Authorities described the room as a dungeon with feces on walls, fleas, no beds and limited food.
