MACOMB COUNTY, MI – A Michigan man is facing felony charges for allegedly possessing child sexually abusive material.

Kevin John Buchanan, 36, was arraigned Friday, Sept. 5, on multiple charges, including three counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and three counts of using a computer to commit a crime, each punishable by 10 years in prison, according to the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office.

He also faces one count of possession of child sexually abusive material and one count of using a computer to commit a crime (related to possession of child sexually abusive material), which both carry 4-year prison sentences.
