A member of the cult-like Zizians group made her first court appearance Friday in the killing of a US border patrol agent after prosecutors announced they would seek the death penalty. Neama Rahmani, president and co-founder of West Coast Trial Lawyers joined LiveNOW's Josh Breslow to break down the case.
