A lawsuit is calling for transparency in the downtown Cincinnati brawl that went viral earlier this summer.

The lawsuit filed against the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts calls for documents relating to Alex Tchervinski’s criminal case to be released. Tchervinski is the 45-year-old man who was charged with disorderly conduct for his alleged role in the brawl. Advertisement

The incident unfolded on West Fourth and Elm streets early on July 26. Cincinnati police say the incident began as a verbal altercation that quickly turned physical.
